A Word About Dr. Trettenero...     Dr. Trettenero graduated from the University of Missouri at Kansas City School of Dentistry in 1980.  Upon graduation he moved to Ft. Myers where he developed a unique practice concentrating on cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

     He is nationally recognized by his peers for his research in the field of patient
satisfaction.  Not only has he published numerous articles in national dental journals,
he also developed a patient satisfaction survey system.  His knowledge on this subject
is incorporated into his daily practice of dentistry.

    He also invented and received a patent on a revolutionary teeth whitening system
called AllureSmile that is now being used coast to coast.  This new process allows the
consumer to make their own custom fit whitening trays that the dental office makes at
home at a fraction of the cost.  This product is bringing professional results to the over
the counter market.

     Dr. Trettenero also believes in keeping up to date with the latest and best technologies.
In fact, he was the first dentist in Southwest Florida to offer Cerec, possibly one of the
greatest technological breakthroughs ever in modern dentistry.  With Cerec he can offer
one visit, super-strong ceramic crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays using CAD-CAM
computerization and micro-milling machinery.

     He also uses computerized x-rays which not only protects his patients by using only
one tenth the radiation of conventional x-rays, but also increases his diagnostic
capabilities with computer enhancements.

     Intra-oral cameras and in-operatory TVs allow patients to see for themselves their
dental conditions.  This allows for the patient to be active in their own diagnosis.

     These technological innovations and his beautiful facilities built for patient comfort
in mind, give patients the trust and confidence they need to confidently complete their
dentistry.

     He is a long time member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association,
West Coast Dental Association, and a charter member of the prestigious Florida Prosthetic
Study Club.  He is also a member of the Computerized Dental Association.
