Dear Dr. Trettenero,  It is now the next day since you completed the task of turning my ugly, crooked bottom teeth  into beautiful new straight ones.  And I must admit I still find myself looking into almost every  mirror I pass.  Wow, what a smile!  I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate the terrific job you did.  You kept the  discomfort to a minimum and my teeth are now a work of art.  That is the correct term because,  in a real sense, you truly are an artist.  My only regret is that I waited until I was 73 years old to do something about it.  In my  subconscious mind I was sure that I was ashamed of my smile.  Isn't it foolish how we willingly  spend huge amounts of money on things that are far less important than this...things that come  and go before we know it?  I'm sure I will appreciate this new smile of mine as long as I live.  The lesson I have learned in all this is that the greatest of all investments are those that make  us feel better about ourselves.  I would tell anyone else like me to do it now.  Invest in yourself.  But don't wait until you're my age to make that decision.  Warmest Regards,  George A.
